High-strength Modular Steel Structure
The 40 ft apple cabin house uses Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel to build the main frame, with a yield strength of 355MPa, which is about 25% higher than ordinary steel. The modular design allows the cabin to withstand a wind pressure of 1.5kN/㎡ and a snow load of 0.5kN/㎡, meeting the use requirements under most climate conditions, and the service life is more than 25 years.

High-efficiency Thermal Insulation System
The wall is made of 100mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.024W/(m・K), and the thermal insulation performance is 30% better than traditional rock wool materials. The tongue-and-groove design is used between the panels, and the butyl rubber sealing strip is used to form a seamless insulation layer, which can control the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor to more than 15℃.
